Brief before search
We begin with destination, passenger and luggage use, route, powertrain preference, condition range, budget and delivery term. This prevents an attractive listing from defining the buyer’s needs. Fixed requirements stay separate from preferences so a lower price cannot quietly replace an essential registration, space or support need.
Identity before condition
The VIN, production plate, original record and physical equipment establish the vehicle. Gasoline and hybrid versions require different checks. A replacement VIN receives a new review. Translated trim names are working labels, not evidence of installed equipment. Previous photographs, inspection notes and quotations are never silently transferred to a substitute car.
Evidence boundaries
Inspection records identify what was observed, how, when and with what limits. They do not promise future reliability. Specifications remain specific to year, trim and production batch. Seller statements, third-party observations and official records are kept distinct so the buyer can see which conclusions still need confirmation.
Commercial control
Seller authority, contract entity, beneficiary, currency, validity and included work are verified separately. Inspection, export approval and destination registration remain distinct decisions. A changed bank account, vehicle or seller triggers a fresh check rather than an informal update.
Handover
Condition media, keys, accessories, documents and carrier receipt are linked to the VIN. Unresolved items stay visible rather than being converted into sales certainty. Loading evidence records the vehicle immediately before carrier control and identifies any agreed exceptions.
Responsibility after arrival
The buyer should confirm local import, conformity, registration, insurance, fuel, workshop and parts requirements with current destination sources. We can organize vehicle evidence and export work, but destination authorities make their own decisions and future operating conditions remain outside an inspection’s scope.
What the process does not claim
The process does not create a warranty, predict battery or drivetrain life, guarantee a sailing date or make a vehicle legal in every country. Its purpose is narrower and practical: preserve the identity, source, observation, limitation and commercial responsibility behind each important statement so the buyer can decide with visible evidence.
